PRESENTER:Mary-Jo Sullivan, Ontario Trillium Foundation and Linda Zensner, Kitchener-Waterloo Community Foundation

Mary-Jo Sullivan is a Regional Grants Associate for the Ontario Trillium Foundation-Waterloo/ Wellington/ Dufferin and Grey/Bruce/Huron/Perth Catchment Areas. Mary-Jo has 20 years experience in planning and community development and has extensive experience in fundraising and volunteer management in the not-for-profit sector. She previously was a researcher at Trent University and faculty member at Sir Sandford Flemming College in Peterborough. Mary-Jo lives in Brantford and has two sons.

Linda Zensner is the Manager of Grant Services with The Kitchener and Waterloo Community Foundation. Linda brings with her over 20 years of experience in grantmaking and program development – both in the corporate and non-profit sectors. In her current role, she is responsible for all aspects of The Foundation’s granting programs including: community consultation and liaison, analysis of grant requests, ongoing monitoring and evaluation of grants awarded.

Linda is a graduate of the Leadership Waterloo Region program. Some of Linda’s community volunteer activities include a board position with the Volunteer Action Centre of Kitchener-Waterloo, a member of the Allocations Committee with United Way of K-W & Area and a volunteer with the Out of the Cold Program.
