We're looking for someone with a track record of experience and success in major/leadership giving programs. Our ideal candidate can demonstrate their ability to identify, cultivate and solicit investments from individuals at a minimum of $25,000. If you have secured six or seven-digit investments for a charitable cause, that's even better.
This is a growth role for us. You will be the newest member of our team at a time when we're expanding our efforts, investing in our people, and raising more money. Hiring you is the next step in our ambitious plan.
You should have proficiency with Raiser's Edge or similar CRM database and have a keen understanding of what motivates philanthropic support from individuals. And you are a consummate team player, one who thrives in an environment where individual goals are intertwined with the overall objective of the cause. In the past five years, our team has raised $24 million and we have aims to build on that; and we need your help to do it.
